Model 2: Equal Facilitation

In the second schematic model of dynamic relationships in a near-peer learning process we explore a basic organization of a system where everybody is joining as a peer to support one another seek their own solutions. This diagram is based on the dynamics arising in groups of peer support where the solution is different for the needs of every member yet resulting in a common self-regulatory system through sharing and reflection.
